The high-voltage power supply developed by our company is used to obtain high current surges and was used in the construction of a powder sintering station.

The power supply unit was tested in two versions: SUP-5kV and SUP-10kV. The power supply unit was equipped with a system for measuring input and output current and the voltage of the capacitor battery charger.  Such dangerous voltages at the power supply output required the installation of safeguards against unauthorised discharge and a safe capacitor discharge system. 
 

During the construction and testing of power supplies, two types of discharge devices were designed and tested. The entire charging and discharging process is managed by an industrial controller. Additionally, a computer with dedicated software for controlling and visualizing the process can be connected to the power supply. The 5kV version of the power supply has a mobile design, while the 10kV version is stationary.
