The chamber is designed to conduct processes at temperatures up to 2000°C for 1 hour. The chamber housing has internal thermal screens. The chamber walls are equipped with a water jacket with closed cooling.
The chamber has inspection windows: - one on the door for observing the process (diameter 160); - three small ones (50 mm diameter) on each of the side walls with a mechanism for mounting and aiming pyrometric sensors and a camera. The chamber also has two working gas inlets connected to solenoid valves controlled from the controller and terminated with connections. The chamber is also equipped with two blind bushings for measuring instruments to be installed in the future. The chamber is equipped with a mounting for an induction heating coil with a maximum diameter of 250 mm and a height of 70 mm. The coil cooling system is connected to the chamber cooling system.
Two high-voltage (10kV DC) feedthroughs have been installed on the back wall of the chamber, connected to the tables. The chamber features a two-stage vacuum system built on a rotary vacuum pump and a diffusion pump. An industrial controller manages the entire process. Additionally, an industrial computer with an operator panel is mounted to the control cabinet, used solely for visualizing the process flow (viewing variables, video preview, recording) and for setting parameters (process parameters, controlling virtual buttons). The system allows for the registration of the main parameters occurring during the process and displays them in the form of graphs. The system is equipped with a software-driven timing circuit that allows for the shutdown of a given process after a specified time interval.
