The device is used to perform innovative laboratory sintering in various, strictly controlled conditions (vacuum, protective atmosphere, temperature, pressure, type of heating). The measurement and recording of these conditions ensures full repeatability of processes, and the automation of working cycles enables comfortable operation of the device.
PPS powder sintering press
The entire process is managed by an industrial controller. Additionally, a computer with an operator panel is mounted in the control cabinet, which is used solely for visualizing the process flow (displaying variables, video preview, logging) and for setting parameters (process parameters, controlling virtual buttons). The system allows for the logging of the main parameters occurring during the process and displaying them in the form of graphs. The system is equipped with a software-based timing circuit that enables the shutdown of a given process after a specified time interval.
