The included software allows for simultaneous tracking of up to 7 ROT-01 rotometers. The block connection diagram is shown in the figure below. Each device is connected to a USB hub with an individual cable. The CH01 software allows for independent configuration and programming of tests for each connected rotometer. Animal movement indicators are continuously updated in the main window associated with a given cage. An additional feature of the program is the creation of aggregate statistics from selected measurements. The program also allows for exporting data from each measurement to a Word file.
