The device is used to simulate accelerated ageing of any construction technology components. Accelerated ageing is simulated by exposing the components to elevated temperatures. The ageing test can last up to 150 days. The station is constructed as a sealed cylindrical chamber with a diameter of 1 metre and a length of 3 metres. There are doors on both sides of the chamber for inserting the test material. Inside the chamber, there are 5 separate heating sections. The temperature of the heaters is strictly controlled by multi-section PID controllers. The entire process is managed by an industrial controller.
