The thermal testing station is designed to enable facade testing in accordance with the AAMA 501-5 standard. It is used to set the temperature difference between the sides of the sample and to record it.

The station consists of a set of electric heaters, a refrigeration unit, control and regulation systems, and a large number of temperature measurement points.

The entire apparatus is controlled by a specially developed computer programme.

Each element of the apparatus has been developed or designed by ELBIT.
