The device consists of a sealed acrylic glass container with digital cameras mounted underneath. The dimensions of the test chamber are flexible, and up to three cameras can be connected to the software for image recording and analysis. Therefore, the maximum dimensions of the chamber are any combination of 30x25cm rectangles.

The CH01 software allows for independent configuration and programming of tests for each connected cage. Animal movement indicators are continuously updated in the main window associated with a given cage. The route length and average speed are also calculated on an ongoing basis. The program also allows you to define up to four independent zones for each cluster and determine the duration of an object's stay in a given zone. Each measurement can be archived on the computer's hard drive.

The TRO-01 device is used to study the mobility of laboratory animals by continuously tracking the animal's movement path and analyzing paw prints. The analysis is performed based on video footage from a camera placed under a special cage.
