An industrial controller managing the basic functions of the device (motion control, measurement data processing, etc.) has been installed in the strength testing machine developed on behalf of an external company. The device is equipped with a fast laptop computer used to record and visualise measurement data, perform calculations and set control data.
In its basic configuration, the device functions as a classic strength testing machine. A cylinder mounted on a rigid frame allows compressive or tensile forces to be applied to a sample mounted on a T-table and the forces and positions to be measured.
30kN endurance machine
A specific requirement of the Ordering Party was that the actuator, along with the force and position control systems, could be detached from the frame and used independently after being securely mounted to a wall or a rotating pedestal. This assumption has been realized.

1) the minimum speed of 0.5mm/min is below the measurement range of the drive systems, meaning it can be set but not measured. The measurement threshold is approximately 2mm/min. For safety, the maximum speed has been programmatically limited to 360mm/min. The lock will be released once the actuator reaches its destination.
