The test rig is used to test hydraulic fittings and determine the Kv and ξ coefficients in accordance with the PN-EN 1267 standard, as well as to test flow capacity and strength in accordance with the PN-EN 75002 standard. In addition, the test rig enables the determination of the opening pressure of a check valve and the measurement of the valve opening characteristic Q(α);

The test rig covers a wide range of diameters from DN15 to DN100. It allows for the testing of both straight and angle valves.

The test rig can operate autonomously or in conjunction with dedicated software, which significantly enhances its testing capabilities.
The control software enables: 
- real-time calculation of characteristic values;
- adjustment (from the connected computer) of test parameters;
- real-time plotting of relevant graphs;
- easy archiving of measurement data and its export to an ASCII file or Excel.
