A test bench for testing thermostatic valves in a water bath by completely immersing the thermostatic element in water. The test bench ensures even temperature distribution through continuous water mixing.

It is equipped with heating and cooling systems with an extensive control system, allowing not only the target temperature to be set, but also the approach speed to be set and stabilised.

The station can operate autonomously – it is equipped with an LCD display

and a simple interface for entering set values, as well as the ability to work with a master control system. Control in the latter mode is automated and performed under the supervision of a computer programme, which records the test and displays the waveforms.

Each element of the station, i.e. the mechanical part, the electrical and electronic system and the software, was developed by Elbit.
