The mobile station for testing the strength and tightness of windows and doors is a device for testing all partitions, including doors and windows, in accordance with PN-EN 14351-1+2010 standards in the following areas: air permeability PN-EN 1026:2001, water tightness PN-EN 1027:2001, wind load resistance. 

The mobile station for testing the tightness and strength of windows and doors consists of a test box, a control and measurement device, and tripods for placing displacement sensors. 

The control and measurement device is connected to the test chamber via a suction-blowing air pipe, a hose for measuring air pressure in the chamber, and hoses supplying water.

The control and measurement device generates pressure and vacuum in the measuring chamber using a blower connected to the system through a 4-way valve. In the range of positive pressures, the fan pushes air through the measuring system, the 4-way valve, and the suction-blowing pipe into the test chamber. The measuring system measures the amount of air being pumped into the chamber. In the range of negative pressures, the blower draws air from the test chamber through the 4-way valve and pushes air through the measuring system, which measures the amount of air being drawn from the test chamber.

The measuring system is equipped with two flow meters. Air flow measurement is conducted for a small range up to 12m3/h and for a large range up to 300m3/h. Switching between flow meters is done automatically.
